I checked prices all over the net and this was the best buy in bulk. I believe it comes from the lower lying areas of South America where they use chemicals in farming it, but I don't generally buy organic anyway, so this was acceptable to me. It arrived within the promised time frame and quality seems fine. It cooks and tastes fine. I would have given it 5 stars but for the chemicals issue, but it was a fair price and good value. Biggest problem is finding it in stock at IFS. I waited for months to get my hands on some.
