All inquiries are time sensitive due to the perishable nature, so we ask that if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or if you received the incorrect items, please contact our customer service immediately within the first 48 hours of receiving the product. Please hold onto all received items and do not dispose of the product unless directed otherwise. We want to ensure you are receiving quality product and may want the product returned to our facilities for further examination. Any product required to return to our facility MUST be returned within 5 days of receipt. All orders will be inspected upon return by our QC department to ensure your concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Once the complaint has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed in the form of original received payment. Please note that restocking fees may apply and will be calculated on a case by case basis. Any damages externally on the boxes must be noted on the Bill of Lading or UPS Shipment Manifest in order to be claimed for a full or partial refund. Damaged boxes without loss or damage to the product inside are not eligible for a claim.
